Frequently asked questions
When is my business required to use MyInvois?
LHDN is rolling out MyInvois in phases based on annual turnover. Businesses with revenue above RM 100 million were required from August 2024. Businesses above RM 25 million from January 2025. All remaining businesses must comply by July 2025. If you haven't started, our compliance team can get you set up in as little as 5 working days.

Can you migrate my data from SQL Account or AutoCount?
Yes. Our e-invoice compliance package includes data migration from all major Malaysian accounting systems — SQL Account, AutoCount, Xero, MYOB, and UBS. We map your existing customer, supplier, and product master data to IntBooks, import historical transactions for the current financial year, and validate the mapping before go-live.

What if my e-invoices get rejected by LHDN?
Rejections happen — the most common causes are incorrect TIN, wrong MSIC code, invalid UBL field values, and document date outside the 72-hour window. Our compliance team troubleshoots every rejection, corrects the data in IntBooks, and resubmits. During the post-go-live support period (30 or 60 days depending on your package), this is included at no extra cost.

Do I still need IntBooks after the migration is done?
Yes — IntBooks becomes your ongoing e-invoicing platform. Every new invoice you issue is submitted to MyInvois automatically through IntBooks. The compliance package is a one-time setup engagement; IntBooks is the long-term system you use to issue, submit, and manage all your e-invoices going forward.
