Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains the small data files ("cookies") and similar storage mechanisms (localStorage, sessionStorage) that IntBooks Sdn Bhd uses on https://intbooks.my and https://app.intbooks.my. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Categories
- Strictly necessary. Required for the service to work — login (on the ERP app), security, bot mitigation. These cannot be disabled without breaking the service.
- Functional. Remember preferences. The marketing site sets no functional cookies today; the ERP app at https://app.intbooks.my may set them once you sign in.
- Analytics. Aggregated usage measurement. The marketing site runs no client-side analytics today. Cloudflare retains server-side edge request logs (IP, URL, user-agent, response code) for up to 30 days for operational and security purposes; those logs are not used to track individuals across sites and are not shared with advertisers.
We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on the marketing site. We do not embed Facebook Pixel, Google Ads remarketing, TikTok pixel, or LinkedIn Insight tag.

How to opt out
- All browsers let you block or delete cookies via Settings → Privacy. Doing so will sign you out of the IntBooks ERP if you are signed in.
- Because we currently set no analytics or marketing cookies on the marketing site, there is nothing additional to opt out of here. If we add first-party analytics in future, we will (a) update this page before the cookie is first set, (b) honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, and (c) provide an in-page preference toggle for any non-essential cookie.
- To request deletion of any records that include personal data (for example, Cloudflare edge logs keyed to your IP), email hello@intbooks.my.

If we add a new cookie we will publish it here before the cookie is first set. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
