Why we built it

Many Malaysian SMEs run on several disconnected subscriptions and a stack of spreadsheets. Accounting, payroll and stock live in different places, and every new LHDN or RMCD requirement means another workaround between them.

IntBooks is the consolidation we wanted: one platform, one login, one set of books, built for how Malaysian regulation actually works rather than adapted from a product designed for another country.

Built for Malaysia

• LHDN MyInvois — e-invoices are prepared in LHDN's format and submitted to MyInvois through the API, with validation status tracked — not a CSV export.
• SST-02 — return figures prepared from your sales data, ready for you to file on MySST.
• EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB — calculated in payroll from the statutory contribution tables.
• Bank reconciliation — import bank statements and match them to your invoices, bills and payments.
• Malaysian chart of accounts — templates to start from, so you are not building one from scratch.
• BNM reference rates — Bank Negara Malaysia exchange rates for foreign-currency e-invoices.

Our principles

• Your data is yours. If you ever leave, we'll help you export your records.
• Plain pricing. One subscription per organisation. No per-invoice or per-document MyInvois fees.
• Security in the open. We publish our security practices and run a responsible-disclosure policy.
• Privacy by default. No advertising trackers on this website. Our AI providers do not train their models on your data.

The team

IntBooks is built by a small Malaysian team and operated by AC Premier Solutions PLT, based in Selangor. We work remotely and meet clients by appointment — online, or in person around the Klang Valley.
